Once signed up, we’ll send you a welcome email and text confirming your first day of service. You’ll also receive text reminders the day prior and the morning of each scheduled cleaning going forward. Depending on your area and how predictable and well aligned your trash & recycling pickup schedules are, we may clean your bins on the same day as collections or the next day to be sure the bins are empty when we come by.
